Customer Service Representative

Volt is hiring for Customer Service Reps for a company located in Fullerton, CA. $19.00 hourly.

As a Customer Service Rep you will :

• Serve as the primary contact for designated client accounts.
• Manage incoming and outgoing orders through the Warehouse System.
• Handle documentation and billing for storage services.
• Schedule appointments and communicate with clients via email.
• Check in and out drivers at the Shipping / Receiving window.
• Support warehouse staff in resolving issues.
• Generate reports for management and clients as needed.
• Organize and file daily paperwork.

This is a full time opportunity. 5 days a week. 8 hours per day

The ideal candidate will have :

• Previous experience in a Warehouse / Manufacturing environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role.
• Proficient with computers.
• Strong command of the English language, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to work well with diverse individuals.
• Highly detail-oriented.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Dependable, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Schedule : 6am-230pm

Days : Monday-Friday

Pay Rate : $19 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
