Position Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for a talented Restaurant Sous Chef with the high volume experience, energy, integrity and skills to help take our growing multi-outlet upscale casual dining restaurant to the next level.
We are known for fresh scratch cooking and fun energetic workplace.
The Restaurant Sous Chef position works directly with the Executive Chef to manage all Back-Of-House operations and requires excellence in balancing P&L goals, people development, and operating systems;
must have a positive upbeat hospitality driven personality, with an ability to maintain a fun and professional work environment.

Position Requirements
- Current experience in a high volume upscale casual restaurant as Restaurant Sous Chef or Restaurant Executive Chef (minimum 5 years)
- Minimum $4.0 - $6.0 Million annual sales volume experience
- Solid tenure no more than 3 jobs in 9 years, at least 5 years experience as a Restaurant Chef
- Strong desire to achieve, passion for service, food quality, training, and cost control
- Demonstrated ability to train, motivate, and supervise team members
- Strong knowledge of systems, methods, and processes required to execute a brand
