Construction Trades Staffing is currently seeking a highly skilled Site Project Manager Estimator to join our team in Elma, NY.
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for estimating project costs and managing various construction projects from inception to completion.
Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
As a Site Project Manager Estimator , you will collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to develop detailed project plans, perform risk assessments, and manage project timelines.
Your analytical skills will play a critical role in producing accurate estimates and developing cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects based on blueprints and specifications.
- Manage and oversee project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project objectives and constraints.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to evaluate project conditions and requirements.
- Prepare and present project proposals, budgets, and schedules to clients.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a project manager and estimator in the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in estimating software and project management tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
