We are seeking dedicated and adaptable Substitute Teachers to support our faculty and maintain continuity in our students' learning experiences.
Responsibilities include :
- Implementing lesson plans provided by the regular teacher and adapting as necessary to meet the needs of students.
- Maintaining a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Managing student behavior by applying school policies and procedures.
- Communicating effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a smooth transition for students.
- Providing feedback to the regular teacher regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Supervising students during lunch, recess, or other times as needed.
Requirements
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt and improvise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to the school's mission and values.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the entire school community.
