KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Business Systems Analyst : gather / document reqs for IFS Cloud ERP implementation (Manufacturing or Supply Chain modules req)The main purpose will be to support and develop business solutions within our ERP environment.

The role, within our IT team, will help ensure IFS / business processes, workflows, configuration and changes are planned and properly implemented, supported, and documented.

• Core competencies will be the ability to manage change in service support, delivery and change. The role requires analyzing business requirements;
• conducting workshops ; documenting business requirements; managing small enhancement projects; carrying out ERP modifications to a high standard;

testing of software; planning, developing, and installing of changes; ongoing training of business users and support. Additionally, the role will work with third-party vendor to deliver solutions addressing business needs.

Occasional out of hours work may be required.Essential duties and / or Functions : (Essential Functions / basic job duties that must be able to be performed with or without reasonable accommodationMaintain the implemented functionality of IFS Cloud ERP modules through end user supportContribute and / or lead overall business systems design for new functionality and services, including through participation in companys project processes, minor works or IT work streamConduct investigations and provide resolutions to issues raised in the course of daily application and process usage.

Creation of training materials, and provision of training to end users on the IFS systemCreate business requirements, functional and technical documentation adhering to Companys standardsInteract with business to develop use case and test sceneries, conduct IT testing and support UAT testingAssist in query creation for reporting and data extraction(s)Design, develop, implement and support business processes and solutions using IFS and other technologies that will enable the business to function at high-quality, consistent standards;

Help the business to get maximum value out of IFS Facilitate the release of major upgrades, other enhancements, and maintenance releases.

Ensure that all are delivered effectively, strategically optimizing the cadence and use of the environment landscapeDesign and deliver change (major and minor) and ensure it is introduced effectively, with the right emphasis on business process change and IT service transitionManage user access and security of IFS CloudSupport year end and auditing activitiesActs as a Project Lead for non-support related work Qualifications : A bachelors degree in Computer Science or other related discipline Relevant certifications are a plus.

5+ years of Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience that includes : -Ability / skill at gathering & documenting requirements for software configuration / customizationSkill at UAT testingApplication support experience (with IFS Cloud ERP) is a plus;

willing to accept someone without it, but you will contribute to application support 4 years minimum experience of ERP business systems, experience working on an end-to-end ERP migration / implementation is preferred.

Must include detailed knowledge of IFS cloud ERP manufacturing and / or distribution modulesStrength in data validation with Excel including VLOOKUPS is strongly preferredGood communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsSelf-motivated able to prioritise tasks and manage own time efficientlyProven ability to work independently or as part of a teamInvestigative and inquisitive mind and attention to detailITAR REQUIREMENTS : This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
