We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Fitness Coach. We're looking for someone who's outgoing, friendly, personable and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer service and sales-oriented environment.

this position has the opportunity to be scheduled for a combination of morning, evening, and weekend shifts to best serve our members and team! Job Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests by helping them book workouts.
• Educate guests on our services and programs to help them achieve their best results.
• Lead studio preview tours with new guests and fitness program members.
• Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls and customer care calls.
• Attend community events and outreach activities to build the Orangetheory brand.
• Take a proactive approach to achieving daily, weekly, monthly sales and performance goals.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean studio for guests and team members.

Qualifications :

• Passion for health and fitness.

• Sincere in your communication, a team player, and someone who cares about others.
• Growth-minded and open to learning.
• Attention to detail; can follow proven systems and policies.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Reliable transportation; your own vehicle.
• Personal Trainer Certification or Group Fitness Certification.
