Job Description : Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive testing of the Exactuals system to ensure accuracy, reliability of payments and compliance with industry regulations.
- Verify the system's ability to accurately calculate and distribute payments, preventing errors.
- Test the system's user interface and functionality to ensure it is user-friendly, intuitive, and easy to navigate for staff.
- Test the system's performance and stability, to ensure it can handle the expected workload and meet business needs.
- Identify and document system defects, errors, or inconsistencies, and work with developers to resolve them.
- Collaborate with the residuals team to understand their requirements and ensure the system meets their needs.
- Report findings to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
- 2-3 years in accounting (accounts payable) or auditing experience needed
- Experience with accounting principles and practices, particularly in the entertainment industry.
- Understanding of residuals calculations and distribution processes.
- Experience with testing software applications, preferably in a financial or accounting context.
- Knowledge of Exactuals or similar financial entertainment systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with test automation tools is a preferred.
