Job Description
The purpose of this job is to design and create digital content and support the day-to-day administration, functionality, and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS).
In this role you will :
- Create original design content for the Pilot Learning LMS
- Assist with the planning, development and review of eLearning curriculum
- Provide technical support for end users with the LMS portal
- Assess eLearning training effectiveness and integrate ongoing enhancements and improvements to the LMS
- Support the Talent Development team, Operations team, and broader Human Resources team with special projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum one to three years of experience in a creative or instructional design position required
- Working knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Working knowledge of interchangeable eLearning content
- Working knowledge of implementation and use of eLearning software, such as Articulate Storyline
- Working knowledge of deployment of blended solutions that include third-party certifications, classroom sessions, and eLearning
- Experience and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Strong orientation to detail, organizational skills, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and with a diverse work team
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
- Ability to embrace and learn new technology
