Pay Range : $25 - $31.50 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and deliver scaled help content with direct guidance. Assist with identification of appropriate presentation format, style, and design and ensure content accuracy, execute content strategies based on data analytics and understanding of best practices.
• Create and deliver end-to-end content with direct guidance, including, mock designs for A / B experimentation, training LLMs with Q / A pairs, and non-GTM updates.

Assist with identification of appropriate format, style, and design and ensure content accuracy.

Develop base level knowledge across all Consumer product areas. Take direction from Comms Strategists, Vertical Lead, and Content & Innovation to execute content changes throughout the consumer product life cycle.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience :

• Skills- Firm grasp of HTML and CMS , Product Development, UX Writing and UX Copyediting , Project Management.
• Firm grasp of HTML and CMS (Content Management Systems).
• 2+ years of practical experience in writing and copyediting.

• Proficiency in required content authoring tools.
• 2+ years of practical experience in writing and copyediting.
• Awareness of YouTube consumer product areas.
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail, with ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
• Excellent written and verbal business communication skills
• Tooling proficiency for content production (ex. Figma, Composer, Asana, Pulse).
• Education : Bachelor’s Degree.
• Interviews 2 rounds of zoom Interview.
