The Website Manager will manage and drive the execution of the business plan for website and organic SEO initiatives across all LSS business units.

This will include management of the website strategic roadmaps, website design and implementation, content management, data analytics and reporting, website continuous improvements, website security, technical search management (SEO), website integrations, e-commerce management, and platform management (including SLA).

These efforts will be executed through collaboration with cross-functional team members and external partners as necessary, while maintaining cohesive branding and design in accordance with the individual LSS business unit brand guidelines.

They will support overall growth goals for business, increase web traffic, lead conversions, and overall online marketing presence, and will be accountable for meeting and communicating web-related KPIs.

The Website Manager will design and author web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other technologies as needed. The manager will stay informed of changes and trends related to website and search performance and will be responsible for proposing new technologies and techniques, and implementing changes as appropriate, to maximize online presence.

Responsibilities :

Lead Website Strategy

  • Manage website strategic roadmap by identifying and leading cross-functional digital projects including initiatives related to CMS and eCommerce to effectively maximize LSS business units online presence.
  • Manage long-term website roadmap to maintain best-in-class websites for business units, linking innovation and best practices to outpace market growth.
  • Maintain consistency with individual business unit branding and marketing efforts. Includes management of multiple website platforms and integrations (CRM, Marketing Automation, eCommerce, etc.).
  • Implement, manage and optimize search strategy to maximize on-line effectiveness according to industry best practices. Develop, track and achieve departmental KPIs related to search.

Lead efforts to optimize content including advising cross-functional team members on how to improve content for prioritized enhancement targets.

Continuously conduct key word research and hierarchies to grow domain and page authority for major search engines. Monitor overall site and page health to increase index-ability of website including crawl errors, sitemaps, site speed concerns, broken links and other technical issues that can affect the site.

Develop, Implement, and Optimize LSS Business Unit Websites

  • Provide ongoing content management and support to maintain and improve LSS business units web and e-commerce presence as well as integration with other marketing platforms including marketing automation and CRM.
  • Implement continuous improvement and maintenance updates. Upload, edit, and input content as directed by Marketing Leaders;
  • maintain e-commerce product information and pricing; troubleshoot, research, present, and implement continuous improvement actions to optimize user experience and to drive marketing KPIs;

Design and author web pages and advanced functionality using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other emerging technology as needed.

  • Ensure overall security and compliance of websites to ensure security updates are completed timely and effectively and meet all compliance needs.
  • Collaborate with external partners to determine opportunities for outsourcing to best meet the growth goals of the business.
  • Drive e-commerce execution and manage platform to grow online sales presence. Determine format that maximizes clarity and ease of navigation for customers;

keep abreast of new developments in the e-marketing world, provide analytics, and recommend strategies to grow online sales through expansion and continuous improvements.

Achieve assigned e-commerce KPIs.

Measure and apply analytics to proactively attack opportunities to innovate and drive results. Continuously evaluate the performance of marketing investments in website related initiatives.

Track, report, and presents robust analysis of site metrics and identify trends and opportunities to increase business according to prioritized KPIs.

Use analytics to drive optimal user experience, site traffic, and lead conversion.

Other Responsibilities

  • Support overall operations of the LSS business units websites; including content creation, training, and process materials as directed
  • Other duties / and projects as assigned.

Requirements :

Relative Work Experience :

5+ years related work experience in related marketing role.

Extensive experience managing multiple websites, platforms, and e-commerce

Experience developing and utilizing web KPIs to drive continuous improvement

Education : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Web or related field; or has attained same knowledge level as degreed employee through a combination of seven or more years work experience in field and relevant certification obtained through instruction.

Certifications / Licenses : AdWords (search) and digital analytics certifications preferred.

Computer Systems / Software : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred. Drupal CMS and BootStrap experience (or equivalents) preferred.

Base Pay Range : $80,000-$94,000+. Total compensation for this role will include an incentive plan. Disclaimer : This base pay range is based on US national averages.

Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
