Qualifications :
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Experienced or Senior Business Process Analyst (Level 3 or 4) to join the Raw Material Aggregation System (RMAS) and User Readiness team in Kent, Washington ;
Renton, Washington ; Everett, Washington or Charleston, South Carolina .
The Boeing Company is currently seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated person with strong background in SAP (Systems Applications and Products) to join our team and support our supply chain security access, training, and communication.
This team member will be responsible for managing all user system access, end user training, and communications.
Position Responsibilities :
Providing New user with access
Solving any issues that have occurred with gained user accesses and communicating a timeframe they can expect access
Review RMAS group mailbox and coordinate communication as needed
Review, manage and monitor tickets in relation to Access
End User Training
Communication Source for all system issues / outages
Manage and Lead Projects as needed
Act as business process and data subject matter expert for System access, system training, system communication
Coordinate with onshore and offshore IT development teams to ensure proper understanding of development requirements
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :
3+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products
3+ years of experience with software development and / or troubleshooting software
3+ years of experience in Data Analysis
3+ years of experience developing training material
3+ years of experience communicating with internal and external customers
3+ years of experience administering user system access and establishing safeguards to protect information to meet network security requirements
3+ years developing communications strategies that include executive speeches, employee communications, infographics, videos, web content and social media
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) :
5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, or other database management applications
5+ years of experience with Project Management
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, business operations or a related field
Strong knowledge of SAP Access Control and user Role Management
Proficiency in SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) or SAP S / 4HANA, with the ability to navigate and configure relevant modules
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
SAP certification in relevant modules

Charleston, South Carolina $85,000-$115,000

Everett, Kent, and Renton, Washington $109,650-$$119,000
Charleston, South Carolina $102,850- $139,150
