Sr. Workday Analyst
Total Wine & More is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Workday SME to join our HRIS team onsite in Bethesda, MD. You will help the team implement new Workday Modules and be the Workday system admin.
The Sr. Workday Analyst will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity, and providing valuable insights to support our HR operations and strategic initiatives.
You will report to the Director, HRIS & Analytics. You will :
- Manage and maintain the Workday HCM system, including configuration, security, and data integrity.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business needs.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for HR and end-users on Workday security and system functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing timely and effective support to HR and end-users.
- Lead and participate in HRIS-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Perform regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
You will come with :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HRIS administration, with a focus on Workday.
- Strong experience with Workday security configurations and role-based access control.

Proven ability to manage and optimize HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with Workday Studio, BIRT and EIBs
- Workday certification(s) in HCM, Security, or other relevant areas.
- Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
