Duties :
- Work closely with partners and senior associates on patent and trademark issues.
- Handle Patent and Trademark Litigation cases.
- Conduct dispute resolution related to patents and trademarks.
- Provide legal counsel on intellectual property matters.
Requirements :
- 8-12 years of patent and trademark litigation and dispute resolution experience in a law firm setting.
- Admitted to the Patent Bar (preferably).
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within deadlines and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or significant experience litigating patents in these technology areas.
- Membership in the Florida Bar or in the process of becoming a member.
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
Certifications :
- Admitted to the Patent Bar (preferably).
- Membership in the Florida Bar.
Skills :
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within deadlines and on a team.
