TrellisWare launched in 2000 with an innovative culture striving to push technological boundaries in the area of wireless communications technology.
We are now a worldwide leader in highly advanced algorithms, waveforms, and communications systems that range from small form factor radio products to fully integrated solutions .
At TrellisWare, we connect passion with purpose and together we make an impact- on our careers, our company, and the world.
And you can too. If you love to innovate and collaborate in a dynamic environment where boundaries are being pushed, you belong at TrellisWare.
Where the opportunity to serve is not a challenge but a gift. Where you're never going alone. Because there's too much at stake to go solo.
Every year, we hire and mentor recently graduated engineers. Our Hardware Team is seeking Hardware (Circuits, RF, FPGA, ASIC, Mechanical) Engineers interested in board-level circuit design and / or digital logic design.
Our board-level hardware engineers are experts in RF, analog, and digital design. They design and build circuit cards for production-ready, small form factor radios and for prototyping platforms for research and development.
They spend time designing the cards, bringing them up in the lab, and working with the team to integrate them into the larger system.
Digital designers write VHDL for FPGAs and ASICs. They implement modem physical layers and are knowledgeable in communication theory and radio architecture.
A typical day could involve designing and documenting a new filter or modulator, testing a new waveform in the screen room, and working with the software team to integrate with networking layers.
Mechanical Designers work closely with the circuit designers to integrate their designs into products that will function reliably in the harshest environments.
The team uses digital modeling tools, rapid prototyping, lab and field testing to validate the performance and robustness of each design while working closely with manufacturing to ensure a seamless transfer from design to production.
Enhancing cohesiveness and maintaining team morale is a responsibility of all our team members, as is the ambition for self-improvement and talent development.
Through this dedication to unity and professional advancement, each team member is directly impacting the successful outcome of TrellisWare's deliverables and setting the tone for our core values of delivering excellence, pushing boundaries, and empowering people.
