POSITION SUMMARY :
To provide a widerange of basic pediatric physical therapy services in a home caresetting under close clinical supervision
MINIMUMQUALIFICATION STANDARDS :
I. Education :
Bachelorsdegree or higher in physical therapy
II.Experience :
One year plus general PT experience
OR a year of experience at the PT I level at the University ofVermont Home Health & Hospice with a strong job performancerecord
III. License Requirements :
Current VermontLicensed PT
WORKING CONDITIONS :
1.Traveling is required
2. Work in communitybased settingsand clients homes and outdoors
3. May work duringnonbusinesshours
