Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
- Oversee and manage all operations and matters related to Finance department.
- Monitor budgetary and key performance indicator movements.
- Ensure to liaise with the company auditors and regulators.
- Responsible for all financial and accounting functions of the organization.
- To ensure effective implementation of all Materials Policies & Procedures following local legislation, whilst maintaining brand Standards in Materials Management.
- Ensure to manage the development of accounting admissions, credit / collections and internal control policies.
Qualifications
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE :
- 8 to 10 years of work experience, of which at least 3 years in a similar role.
- Strong Operational / Technical Knowledge.
- Preference shall be given to Chartered Accountant.
- Pre-Opening experience would be an added advantage.
- Strong process orientation.
- Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial, thinks out of the box.
- Able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies / synergies across the network.
- Confident in exercising good judgment in decision-making skills.
- Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.
- Local National Contract.
