RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage culinary operations, including menu development and recipe execution.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience in a contemporary workplace setting.
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff, overseeing daily production and quality.
- Develop menus reflecting current Taiwanese culinary trends.
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin with staff and clients.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Strong hands-on experience in Taiwanese cuisine and culinary management.
- Expertise in creating healthful menus with a contemporary Taiwanese flair.
- Proven leadership skills, maintaining high culinary standards.
- Innovativeness in menu development and trend awareness.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent Mandarin and proficiency in Taiwanese cuisine.
- 2+ years in culinary management.
- Experience in developing healthful, trend-aligned menus.
