Join our Corporate Services team in North Phoenix, Arizona, leading culinary operations at our global caf with a focus on authentic Taiwanese cuisine.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage culinary operations, including menu development and recipe execution.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience in a contemporary workplace setting.
  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff, overseeing daily production and quality.
  • Develop menus reflecting current Taiwanese culinary trends.
  • Communicate effectively in Mandarin with staff and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Strong hands-on experience in Taiwanese cuisine and culinary management.
  • Expertise in creating healthful menus with a contemporary Taiwanese flair.
  • Proven leadership skills, maintaining high culinary standards.
  • Innovativeness in menu development and trend awareness.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent Mandarin and proficiency in Taiwanese cuisine.
  • 2+ years in culinary management.
  • Experience in developing healthful, trend-aligned menus.
