Software ArchitectJob Summary : Talent Software Services is in search of a Software Architect for a contract position in Columbia, SC.

The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.Position Summary : As an artificial intelligence (AI) subject matter expert, you will play a pivotal role in the creation of our use of AI.

This position will provide oversight and guidance for client agencies and other government entities for their use of AI.

You will be responsible for developing, advising leadership, and implementing an AI program that meets the strategic goals of the organization.

Primary Responsibilities / Accountabilities : Lead the development and implementation of AI strategies that align with organiation goals and objectivesEstablish a robust AI validation and approval process for use cases and vendors, ensuring compliance across the client.

Drive the adoption of standardized AI processesEstablish and lead an AI center of excellence for the client, setting standards, providing training, and promoting best practicesProvide guidance on AI direction, opportunities and risksEvaluate both closed source and open source AI capabilitiesDevelop and maintain a high level of expertise in AI and big data, positioning OTIS as a leader.

Qualifications : Prior leadership role in AI and big data initiativesProven experience with establishing proof of concept success criteria and evaluating AI solutions against criteriaProven track record or cross functional enterprise level coordination.

Strong technical skills with hands on experience in AI tools and platformsBackground in a variety of programming languages and principalsHands on experience with azure, AWS, and AIFamiliar with foundations of more prevalent algorithms NNS, transformers, classification for natural language, image and time series dataExperience with data tools and techniques for storing, retrieving, and cleaning dataAdvanced market knowledge with proven methodology to determine emerging trends and enterprise response plans.
