Airtable Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Airtable Workflow Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Marketing Solutions teammates, and product teams to define and elevate workflow strategies within Airtable.

You will be responsible for capturing and managing business process maps, building and implementing new workflows, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects in a dynamic, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Marketing Solutions teammates, and product teams to define and enhance workflow strategies within Airtable.
• Capture and manage current-state business process maps, and define future-state business process maps to support ongoing projects.
• Develop, build, and implement new workflows using Airtable based on specific business requirements.
• Define, quantify, and realize the value of all product enhancements and projects.
• Manage business demos and user acceptance testing, ensuring stakeholder alignment and satisfaction.
• Regularly communicate project statuses to all stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Utilize the latest Airtable features to create forward-thinking solutions.
• Execute complex projects with a wide range of cross-functional business stakeholders in a highly dynamic and agile environment.
• Communicate notable releases and features to relevant business partners.
• Provide off-hours support when necessary to deploy changes, address system outages, or handle urgent issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in configuring Airtable with examples of successfully launched workflows.
• 4+ years of experience working with SaaS products (e.g., Airtable, Smartsheet, Monday.com) and building workflows or project plans.
• Ability to operate effectively and independently across multiple teams, managing ambiguity with minimal direction.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first / user-experience perspective.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently with various stakeholders and timelines.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, along with strong presentation and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications Desired

• Experience in the US Media & Entertainment industry.
• Experience with Marketing and / or Ad Sales systems.
• Quality certification such as PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.

Additional Details

The base range for this contract position is $81 - 91 / per hour, depending on experience.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
