DATA ANALYST - LABOR BUDGETING & WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT (WFM)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with expertise in reporting and analytics, particularly within Workforce Management (WFM) and Labor Budgeting Tools .

The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing complex business problems, providing data-driven insights, and building innovative data and analytics solutions.

You will work with key stakeholders across consumer and commercial analytics functions to ensure seamless delivery of insights and recommendations for labor budgeting and workforce management.

Expertise :

• Excel, SQL, and Tableau proficiency is required.
• Experience with labor budgeting, data scrubbing, and supporting global labor reporting initiatives.
• Ability to handle data extraction, analysis, and reporting in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in designing and automating workflows for efficient labor data management.

Key Projects :

• Deliver budgeting guidance for quarterly budget reviews.
• Provide global labor reporting templates and ensure alignment across teams.
• Scrub and analyze labor data, importing and exporting files for global geo teams.
• Utilize SQL and Excel for data extraction and analysis, ensuring accuracy in labor data.
• Develop Tableau visualizations for labor and budgeting data to provide insights to global teams.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience required.
• Strong experience in reporting, analytics, and data visualization using tools like Tableau and Excel .
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with Workforce Management (WFM) and Labor Budgeting Tools is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to build and deliver scalable data solutions and visualizations to support decision-making processes.
• Strong organizational skills, with experience developing data governance standards and maintaining data quality throughout the data lifecycle.
