Bizoforce is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer for an onsite role in Waunakee, Wisconsin, USA. The engineer will be responsible for supporting IT infrastructure and end-user services in a fast-paced environment. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT assets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for business users.

The role is ideal for someone with strong desktop support experience, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach to IT service delivery.

  • Provide IT onboarding and orientation for new users
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
  • Contribute to documentation, process updates, and knowledge base articles
  • Support infrastructure upgrades, maintenance, and project-related tasks

  • Resolve common technical issues or escalate when necessary
  • Follow standard operating procedures and maintenance routines
