To succeed in this position, you must want to work with a supportive and collaborative team. The Residential Clinical Therapist (Res CT) is responsible for the provision of comprehensive clinical and case management services to students and their families.
This includes : Providing individual, family, group therapies Crisis intervention Discharge planning Formulating and implementing appropriate treatment strategies for students and their families on their assigned caseload Providing timely and satisfactory documentation of all treatment efforts.
Adhering to standards and regulations as set forth by the agency, The Joint Commission and OCS licensing. Abiding by all safety rules and regulations of the facility.
Carrying out all duties according to AK Child & Family policies, and mission of AK Child & Family and its philosophy of care.
Assuming additional duties as assigned. *All positions at AK Child & Family may have responsibilities altered during the course of employment due to agency imperatives.
