Qualifications

7+ years of experience driving growth marketing and personalization initiatives leveraging advanced analytics and AI (.

ML, genAI, recommendation systems, and marketing & sales technologies for a leading brand or equivalent experience in management consulting / strategy consulting

  • Required : Breadth of knowledge across all areas of CRM marketing channels (., email marketing, push notifications, SMS, in product display ads) with depth and hands-on experience in at least one
  • Preferred : Experience developing business cases and defining growth initiatives for acquisition, sales and customer success channels as well
  • Demonstrated experience of delivering AI in marketing, including being fluent in understanding of different types of model techniques (propensity models, AI / ML models, generative AI, and what types of use cases they can be applied towards
  • High intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset, with a passion for challenging the status quo and finding new solutions
  • Excellent verbal, written, visual / presentation and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to influence and shape strategic conversations with data
  • Excellent leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and ability to both influence and develop strong partnerships at all levels
  • Comfortable analyzing diverse sets of data to develop insights; simplify stories with data, be concise in the insights and how they drive outcomes with leadership;

deep experience with quantitative data analysis

  • Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status and results clearly, focusing on critical few key points
  • Proficiency with Project Management software (GitHub, JIRA, Confluence), Google docs, Excel, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Amplitude, and other data analysis tools

Responsibilities

As the Lead for Personalization on the Innovation Marketing team you will be responsible for spearheading the development of our multiyear CRM marketing growth strategy using AI.

This individual will be identifying and building out new use cases using advanced analytics & AI (., regression / causal models, generative AI, recommendation systems, contextual bandits, experimentation / testing) and marketing technologies (.

CDP, journey orchestration, behavioral analytics) that prioritize driving, efficiency, and customer delight. You will lead highly visible efforts which lead up to Intuit's top strategic big bets and corporate input goals , while working with stakeholders across marketing, product, AI, engineering, legal, finance, accounting, and operations teams.

  • Own the end-to-end multiyear personalization and growth vision setting process to ultimately deliver (and continuously iterate upon each fiscal year) our priority initiatives, use cases (by channel, by product, by segment)
  • Drive a mission team of marketers, sales leads, and customer success managers to understand pain points along the customer journey, identify where analytical tools and personalization capabilities could be leveraged to improve the omni channel end to end experience
  • Ensure mechanisms so that our personalization roadmap is matched against technical feasibility (crawl, walk, run approach) and impact we can achieve in year (high impact, highly feasible)
  • Collaborate with internal advanced analytics and AI stakeholders across the org to understand how to connect our current capabilities and where we have gaps (.

work with product managers to articulate requirements)

  • Serve as the marketing driver to work with analytics / AI and define the roadmap of existing model improvements, new model development, data enhancements needed to our infrastructure
  • Collaborate with performance management, analytics, and finance to conduct business case / opportunity sizing, as well as report out on performance of new capability / campaign results (.

revenue impact, ROI, retention, customer growth)

Partner with the execution teams (strategic planning, AI, CRM analytics, MarTech, SalesTech, and Sales, operations, to ensure use cases are delivered as expected to support our intended growth and innovation goals

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $153,500 - $207,500, Bay Area California $151,500 - 204,500, Southern California $144,500 -195,000.

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs .

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
