3D Rendering Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced 3D Rendering Manager to mentor our team of artists, streamline workflows, and achieve key performance targets.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in 3DS Max and Vray, with additional experience in Unreal Engine and Reality Capture highly valued.

A background in architectural visualization or interior design is particularly advantageous, enabling our team to produce detailed and visually appealing projects.

In this role, you will lead projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet expectations. Your leadership will be crucial in driving project success, promoting professional growth among artists, and innovating our processes to enhance team performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development of detailed 3D environments using 3DS Max, Vray & Unreal Engine.
• Manage and refine production workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Provide expert artistic and technical guidance to the 3D modeling team.
• Uphold artistic and technical standards in line with project specifications.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative working environment through effective mentorship.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on creative and technical requirements.
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and quality metrics.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in managing 3D modeling projects with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D environments.
• Expertise in 3DS Max, Vray, and familiarity with Unreal Engine and Reality Capture.
• Experience in architectural visualization or interior design is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, creating workflows, and mentoring artists.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in 3D Animation, Fine Art, or a related field.
• Professional experience in visual effects, architectural visualization, or related fields.
