Creative Project Supervisor

Duties :

TheSr Creative Project Supervisor works independently assuming primaryresponsibility for planning directing coordinating and deliveringproject activities through the entire project life cycle that arebroad inscope.

This position isresponsible for ensuring deadlines are efficiently and consistentlymet.

Buildingrelationships and managing expectations are key parts of thisrole.

TheSr Creative Project Supervisor is also responsible fordemonstrating the project focused culture at Client and advisescolleagues regarding project management practices methods andstandards.

Performscontinuous improvement projects for the division and department andadditional jobrelated functions as detailed by immediatesupervisor.

Skills :

ProjectManagement Professional (PMP) Certification nice to have but notrequired.

Educationpreference : project management graphic design business analysisbusiness administration creativemanagement.

Two(2) or more years of experience using Workfront or similar projectmanagement platformpreferred.

Demonstratedexperience with project management software and / or reports.Experience in project management within an agency or within acorporate creativedivision.

Experience withproject management of digital video and other creative andcommunications disciplinespreferred.

Experiencemanaging accounts in excess of 5Mpreferred.

Capable ofmanaging multiple accounts or service linessimultaneously.

Must be able tomaintain excellent relationships and thoughtful rapport withstakeholders from each group and maintain a level of respectbetween the creative team and crossfunctionalteams.

Must be athoughtleader with the ability to pivot quickly while keeping goalsfront andcenter.

Calls uponseveral years of experience to manage projects and is competent inthe implementation of projectresults.

Must have strongbusiness acumen with the ability to work with people from diversefunctional backgrounds and build relationships across theorganization.

Must have strongcommunication and interpersonalskills.

TheProject Manager must possess strong written and verbalcommunication skills and be extremelyorganized.

Must be aconsistent accountable team player who leads by positive exampleensuring solid chemistry and has zero ego orattitude.

Requires adriven work ethic a responsibility to the brand and a desire tocontribute to the collaborative culture atClient.

Must have apassion for project management and solving business objectives withcreativesolutions.

23years demonstrated experience with experiential projects (notnecessary event production but experience with physical orinteractiveinstallations)

Soft skillsflexible solution oriented nimble able to work in high paceddeadlinedriven environment with lots of movingparts

Experienceworking with highprofile clients or csuite executivespreferred

Shift : 8 AM 5 PM CT or 9 AM 6 PM CTT

Theremay be a need to travel on site on rare occasions (travel expenseswould becovered)

Education :

Bachelors degreewith ten (10) years of experience in Project Management andbusinessrelated activities or Masters degree with five (5) years ofexperience in Project Management relatedactivities.
