This position requires someone who is self-starter, able to work independently as well as work closely with customers, builders, and sub-contractors in a fast paced environment while achieving high levels of customer satisfactionResponsibilities include : Coordinate and schedule repairs with contractors and customersFollow up, inspect and insure accurate completion of all repairsHold contractors accountable for resultsInstruct customers on how to maintain their homes as well as communicating what items are not warrantableManage your budgetHandle multiple tasks, as well as projects within designated timeframesSay "no" when necessary and overcome objections in a professional mannerResponsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfactionPerforming minor repairsQualificationsA positive attitude and good social / interpersonal skills are essentialMust be able to deal with and remain calm in confrontational situations and deal with negativityPrevious experience in the home building industry and / or some home repair experience is helpfulPrevious experience in a customer service environmentA team player that will be able to work closely with customers, builders, and sub-contractors in a fast paced environment.
