The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for managing the warehouse operations and service repair areas in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner for Restaurant Technologies.

This position requires daily onsite work at our warehouse in Mendota Heights, MN. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not an option at this time.

• Provide leadership and direction to employees in shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and service repair.
• Plan, assign, and schedule staff across various work areas

• Possess a minimum of 5 years supervisory / management experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or operations related environment, OR 5 years of similar experience
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Management, Operations preferred;

or equivalent work experience

• Willingness to work onsite in Mendota Heights the majority of the time
• Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to work proactively and effectively with minimal supervision
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a flexible, fast-paced, and challenging environment
• Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
