Project Manager - Quality Management Systems (QMS) Implementation / Continuous Improvement Implementation
Salary : $60k - $100k per year (Based on particular background and level of experience)

Missouri Enterprise, a dynamic nonprofit manufacturing assistance organization, is expanding its staff of Project Managers.
We seek individuals with a strong background in either Quality Management Systems (QMS) implementation or Continuous Improvement implementation within a manufacturing environment.
Our ideal candidate is self-sufficient, can effectively assist manufacturers in addressing operational and strategic challenges, and provides hands-on technical and business development services from the plant floor to the C-suite.
Key Qualifications :
- Background in Quality Management Systems (QMS) or Continuous Improvement implementation in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong engineering or business acumen.
- A college degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Proficiency in the tools, processes, and methods needed in today's manufacturing sector.
Location and Flexibility :
- Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or the surrounding area.
- Remote work flexibility.
- Approximately 15% travel around the state of Missouri to deliver our services.
