Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Database Administrator to join our team in the DMV area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Designs and creates SQL tables, unstructured data systems, and data transmission interfaces for the interconnecting system associated with the prototype
E nsure s security measures by managing user access and backups and by implementing instance tuning and security controls to safeguard the data management system(s)
C ollaborates closely with Software Development Teams to support their needs
P rovide s planning and guidance to the Database Administration Team, reviewing work products and results to ensure quality and consistency
C ollaborate with other Database Administrator IIIs
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelors degree
Five or more ( 5 +) years of related experience
If a candidate does not have a degree at all, four (4) additional years of experience are required
f a candidate holds an Associates degree rather than a Bachelors degree, two (2) additional years of experience are required
Hold one of the following certifications within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order :
CCNA-Security
CySA+
GICSP
GSEC
Security+ CE
SSCP
Preferred Qualifications :
Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Vendor tool certifications appropriate to TDL requirements (e.g., Oracle and Mongo)
Clearance Requirements :
This position requires an active TS / SCI clearance
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
The projected compensation range for this position is $134,700-$224,700. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary / hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
