Requirements :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in trust & estates
- Proficiency in trust and estates administration, estate planning, probate, gift tax, asset protection, and succession planning;
experience with federal estate tax returns is preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering positive and collaborative working relationships
- Ability to navigate sensitive and complex client matters with professionalism and discretion
- Strong academic background, demonstrating a commitment to excellence
- A growth mindset and a drive to advance within your career path
- Licensed to practice law in Virginia and in good standing
