Candidate Requirement
Skills & Experience :
- Minimal 8 to 10 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Business Process Management, Application Portfolio Rationalization, Cloud Solutions Architecture, Technology Portfolio Rationalization, Third Party Security Assessment Architecture (TPSRM).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working in Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Outstanding skills presenting to both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos.
- Good technical knowledge on Architectural aspects (including APIs, Data Models, etc.).
- Strong skills in databases, data warehouses, and data processing.
- Experience and understanding of large-scale infrastructure-as-a-service platforms (e.g. Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, OpenStack, etc.).
- Adequate knowledge on Business processes, specifically with Retail, O+O domains.
- Good experience working in the Consumer Product industry (like Fruit of the Loom, Hanes, ELC).
Primary Responsibilities :
- Design and implement enterprise architecture solutions and cloud-related architectures.
- Perform scope check & validation, HLD, LLD alignment & templates.
- Prepare architecture principles & design pattern templatization.
- Collaborate within a project team to solve complex problems.
- Coordinate technical discussions with various domain and functional teams.
- Understand the requirements from various technical teams and translate to architectural aspects / decisions.
- Work hands-on with customers to demonstrate & communicate implementation best practices.
- Maintain a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors.
- Work with System Integrator consultants at a deep technical level to successfully position and deploy architecture.
- Provide guidance and coordinate to resolve customer-specific technical challenges.
