Interstate Power Systems is looking for experienced Refrigeration Technicians for our Lakeville Minnesota location, we are offering highly competitive wages!

Pay Range : $33.76- $43.58 per hour DOE

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carrier Refrigeration Technician / Mechanic to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to install, maintain, and repair Carrier refrigeration systems and or other transport refrigeration equipment used in various industrial and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Carrier refrigeration systems and possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Refrigeration Technician / Mechanic Job Duties

• Responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on all types of refrigeration units.
• Accurately and efficiently diagnose complex engine conditions and make necessary repairs.
• Communicate effectively with peers, foreman, and service team regarding those repairs.
• Quality control work performed to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Keep paperwork updated and handed in upon completion.
• Meet requirements for certifications.
