We have an exciting opportunity for a highly-driven real estate inside sales agent who has a talent for turning leads into lifelong customers.

$100,000 commission based
Responsibilities :
- Conduct lead follow up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer’s agent
- Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients
- Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information
- Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met
- Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us
Qualifications :
- Possesses superb interpersonal and communication skills
- At least one year of real estate sales experience
- Must possess a real estate license
- Must have a high school diploma, 4-year degree preferred
- A valid real estate license is required to be considered for this position
