Application Developer - 100% remote (PHP/React/Laravel)

Ferretti Search is thrilled to partner with a growing firm in the real estate / housing sector to find their next Application Developer (PHP / Laravel / React) .

This fully remote role offers the chance to work on a custom-built property management platform, with plenty of future development opportunities as the company expands across multiple locations.

Location : 100% Remote. North Carolina or South Carolina-based candidates are the strong preference, however candidates in EST can be considered.

Compensation : $100,000 - $115,000 + Bonus

Schedule : 100% remote

What will your day look like?

• Development of Core Software : Collaborate with a small team of developers to expand and maintain their custom platform.
• Problem Solving : Assist with ongoing post-implementation development projects and debugging issues as more locations go live.
• Integration Projects : Work on integrating AI tools like Lang Chain and Rag AI and possibly contribute to Tableau reporting solutions.

Who are you?

• Experienced Developer : You bring 4+ years of development experience with a solid foundation in PHP, Laravel, React, and SQL .
• AI Enthusiast : Bonus if you have experience with AI technologies such as Lang Chain , Llama Index , or Rag AI .
• Collaborative : Comfortable working 100% remotely
