Positional Overview
Mary Kraft is looking to hire a Government Sales Representative will be integral to our sales team, focusing on expanding our footprint in the government sector while ensuring a seamless order processing experience.
This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively balance sales initiatives with administrative tasks, contributing to both client satisfaction and overall business growth.
Role & Responsibilit y :
Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success
- General admin support for the owners
- Pricing & quoting
- Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
- Answer client questions and incoming calls.
- Maintain records and files.
- Manage the order processing of all government and some miscellaneous special accounts from receiving an order through shipping (including proper packaging / pallet labeling) and billing / charging credit card.
- Looking for and bidding on new federal government business opportunities on the various government portals
- Reaching out to past and new potential government buyers to remind them to ask us for quotes when they have automotive parts needs
- Be willing to help out in other parts of the business as necessary (pulling orders, processing orders, delivering to customers, etc.)
