What is the role?

As the Kitchen / F&B Manager for our Zone Bowling Clayton venue, you will lead our F&B team and have influence over the success of this venue by championing our values every day! You will be supported by & also provide support to the Venue Manager and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.
