Compliance Admin
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis areas.
We are currently looking for a Compliance Admin to join our team.
Responsibilities
- As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our company adheres to all applicable environmental laws, regulations, and standards.
- You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing environmental compliance programs and initiatives to minimize our environmental impact and maintain commitment to sustainability.
- Manage environmental permits, licenses, and approvals required for operations.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports, documentation, and permits as necessary.
- Conduct regular environmental audits and inspections to assess compliance with regulations and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Oversee environmental monitoring programs- analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in incident investigations along with tracking and reporting
- Develop, manage, and organize the environmental compliance digital files.
- Assist in the training of all team members.

Preferred Qualifications :
- Data Entry, Reporting, and Auditing skills
- 2 5 years of experience
- Computer literacy is a must (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented to self-manage projects and priorities
- Ability to speak Spanish is not required but would be a definite plus
