Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to approach potential clients and market segments effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
- Lead networking initiatives, attend industry events, and represent Make The Turn to build brand awareness and establish partnerships.
- Oversee the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with their marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the account management team to ensure that clients' needs are met and that services are delivered to the highest standard.
- Monitor the performance of accounts and provide insights and recommendations for improvements to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
- Regularly communicate with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure their experience with Make The Turn is positive and rewarding.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Requirement
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role with a track record of achieving revenue growth and client acquisition.
- Strong networking skills and a passion for building relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present effectively and negotiate deals.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a focus on results and the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.
