Aufgaben
- Bearbeite mit Freude unsere Kundentickets und Emailanfragen
- Nimm dir Zeit für unsere Kunden und berate sie zu unseren Produkten oder unterstütze bei Fragen / Problemen
Qualifikation
- Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf muttersprachlichen Niveau
- Fliessende Englisch-Kenntnisse
- Customer Service Erfahrung, sowie der Umgang mit CRMs (Zendesk / Gorgias etc)
- Erfahrung mit Email & Chat Supportz
- Verfügbarkeit von mind.20Std / Woche oder mehr (idealerweise auch am Wochenende)
- Begeisterung für unsere Produkte
- Shopify- und Excel / Google Sheet Kenntnisse
