Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Support : Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information.
- Problem Resolution : Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Product Knowledge : Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information and solutions.
- Documentation : Record customer interactions in our database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaboration : Work closely with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
- Performance Metrics : Meet or exceed performance goals, including call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications :
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Experience : Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
- Skills :
