We have partnered with our client in Plano to help them find an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team temporarily!
This position is 100% onsite and Temporary.
Compensation : $25 / hr
Duties :
- Full-cycle AP processing
- Manage AP email inbox
- Perform AP reconciliations and audit reports
- Research credit and past due balances
- Print and prepare vendor disbursements
- Set up vendor accounts
- Upload and enter invoices
Requirements :
- Previous full-cycle AP experience (2+ years preferred)
- Bank Reconciliations experience
- Ability to work alone in a fast paced environment
- Meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills
