Key Responsibilities : Manage the implementation and conversion of new business and conversion plansCoordinate the New Business / Conversion process with internal teams and external stakeholdersResolve escalated service and sales issues for internal and external partnersRequired Qualifications, Training, and Education : Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, finance, or related field3 to 5 years of experience in pension design, administration, or related financial servicesFINRA Series 6 required within 120 days of start dateParticipation in professional development programs such as ASPPA, CEBS, or NIPA is desirableBasic knowledge of retirement plan funding platforms and ERISA retirement plan fundamentals
