A successful candidate will have background in :
- Leads analysis and solution implementation to improve operational accuracy, efficiency and compliance. Acts as a subject matter expert integrating complex product design and business rules into solutions.
- Generates recommendations to resolve known areas for improvement or to take advantage of emerging opportunities.
- In response to regulation and in collaboration with other areas, determines business systems approach and requirements needed to maintain compliance within impacted applications and processes.
- Responsible for the design and implementation of quality control processes.
- Manages the training and development of individuals. Senior reviewer of other's work.
What you bring :
- 8-10 years of experience required, Relevant technical and / or business experience
- Four-year degree required, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field; or specialized training or equivalent work experience
- Licensing / Certification / Other Comprehensive technical skills at an expert level in the areas of : Insurance product features and mechanics;
- Programming concepts (XML, json, java); Knowledge of ACORD standards; Microsoft Excel functionality including Visual Basic for Applications;
Administration systems; Relevant regulations
