Salary Range : $25-$32 / hour
Paulson’s Motorsports is a family-owned and operated, multi-generational powersports dealership located in Lacey, WA. We have been in business since 1906 and at our current location for decades! We are a year-round, high-volume, multi-brand dealership with a solid reputation.
Paulson’s is a top Kawasaki dealer, the 2021 Can-Am On-Road District Dealer of the Year, and factory authorized with Kawasaki, BRP (Sea-Doo, Spyder, Can-Am), Husqvarna, CF Moto, Kymco, Kayo, and SSR, to name a few.

We are looking to add an experienced A or B level Service Technician to our team. As a Service Tech, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to maintenance, assembly, and customer service.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our dealership.
Responsibilities :
- Must have A or B Level Motorcycle Service Technician Experience working in a shop
- Perform vehicle maintenance diagnostics and repairs according to established guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements :
- Previous experience as a Motorcycle or Powersports Technician required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of vehicle systems
- Must provide own tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
This is a fast paced and energetic environment. Applicants must be physically able to perform all duties as required by the position of Service Technician.
Job Type :
- Hourly range $25-32 DOE
- Full-time
- Expected hours : 40 hours per week; 8 hour shift
- Tuesday-Saturday working schedule (closed Sunday-Monday)
- Must live in commuting distance to the dealership in Lacey, WA
