Primary Job Duties
As a Crew Administration Coordinator you will :
- Monitor and coordinate schedule coverage for all pilot and flight attendant schedules for Leave of Absence.
- Schedule and track new hire progress and provide support as necessary through the IOE (Initial Operating Experience) process.
- Coordinate with Training Department for scheduling of all Continuing Qualification classes, Requal Training, Special Tracking, and Remedial Training.
- Manage all classroom, instructor, and auditor schedules
- Schedule Line Checks and conformity checks as necessary.
- Completion of Monthly Bid Adjustment
Minimum Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Self-motivated, team player.
- Ability to work under tight time constraints to ensure on-time departures.
- Must be able to effectively communicate verbally by telephone and in person with crewmembers, dispatch and other office staff.
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and positively.
Physical and Other Requirements
- This position is based at SkyWest Headquarters in St. George, UT (no remote positions available)
- The schedule will be 4 10-hour shifts including one weekend day once fully trained
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
