Recruiting Specialist

Recruiting Specialist needed to find the best caregivers in Utah County.
This is an in-office, non-remote position.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Own the recruiting process and qualify candidates to support high growth.
- Review resumés and conduct interviews to filter qualified candidates.
- Manage candidate pipeline, track KPIs and constantly work to improve processes.
- Create recruiting collateral in all forms for events, social media, marketing, etc.
- Support Orientation and caregiver training to elevate retention and job satisfaction.
Knowledge and Abilities :
- Excellent, professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills and efficiency, being detail-oriented.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws and best practices applicable to hiring and recruiting.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of higher volume recruiting experience.
- Associates degree required.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience working in the senior care industry is a plus.
