We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help recruit and attract a talented pool of applicants in our headquarters office.
This person has a passion for working with others and will assist in creating a great candidate experience from beginning to end.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborating with hiring managers on current and future needs of their departments.
- Working closely with the HR Manager and team on hiring trends.
- Screen resumes and set up phone screenings for candidates where needed.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews for hiring managers.
- Develop recruitment strategies and utilize various recruiting sources to identify and attract candidates.
- Send offer letters and assist with onboarding.
- Any other HR duties assigned.
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Bilingual preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
