Job Details
We are seeking a corporate associate with 3-6 years of experience in general corporate transactions. We’re particularly interested in candidates with strong mid-level experience in mergers and acquisitions.
This is a hybrid position, and you must be admitted to the Connecticut Bar to be considered.
