What your day may look like :
- Work in the yard truck to organize tractor trailers as needed
- Ensure trucks and trailers are ready for unloading, loading, and transport
- Verify status of equipment on property
- Operate yard switcher or tractor to move trailers around the warehouse
- Perform pre and post-trip inspections of equipment
- Keep equipment clean and operating safely
What we require :
- Minimum one-year verifiable yard driving experience
- Must have a Class A CDL valid driver's license with a clean driving record in good standing.
- No DUI in the past 5 years
- Successfully complete road / pre-trip test in yard switcher
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain a DOT Medical card
