PART TIME CUSTODIAN - AIR NATIONAL GUARD

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Maintains the interior and exterior of the facility in compliance with our image and safety standards.
• Cleans interior offices, classrooms, break areas, and lobby.
• Dusts, vacuum, empties trash, cleans windows and tables.
• Cleans and stocks restrooms.
• Performs custodial work utilizing sound safety practices (i.e. lifting, use of equipment, floor signs, etc.) and reports accidents to team leader.
• Transports trash to compactor.
• Inspects exterior of premises, keep sidewalks swept and blown of debris, grounds and parking lot clear.
• Monitors vendor services, landscape maintenance, window service, pest control, and property sweep.
• Maintains the custodial checklist.
• Inventories custodial supplies and equipment. Notifies the TLC when needed to reorder.
• Reports damaged or non-working equipment to team leader in a timely manner.
• Responsible for performing assigned duties within the framework of our Guiding Principles :

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : Janitors needed $15 / hr (Veterans, retirees and individuals with disabilities strongly encouraged to apply)

Federal Clearance needed (6-8 week process)

Work Schedule

1 - Saturday and Sunday per month 7am-3pm (10 total)

1 long weekend Thursday - Sunday 7am-3pm

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS :

Some utility worker experience is required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

• Ability to move, bend, stoop, reach and stand for extensive periods of time.
• Ability to turn from side to side.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
